Shipping policy

Luggagetags.ch offers personalisation and/or made-to-order services for certain items. This includes, in particular, items manufactured according to your specific requirements or clearly personalised items, as well as items featuring hot stamping or any other form of personalisation. The Specific Terms and Conditions for Distance Selling applicable to these items are set out below. All provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above that are not amended by these Specific Terms and Conditions shall remain fully applicable.

1. ORDER PROCESS

By way of derogation from Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above:

Orders for certain personalised items may not be available by telephone. When using the personalisation service on the Website, the customer is solely responsible for their design choices, which are stored only for the duration of the session. If the customer interrupts the session, they may be required to start their design choices again when they next log in.

The customer is also entirely responsible for ensuring that the personalisation details meet their requirements and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The customer must also ensure that the personalised content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain personal data relating to another person.

For personalised orders, once we have received the logo file in PDF format, we will prepare a mock-up allowing the customer to assess more accurately how the design will appear on the product and in the selected colour.

Once the order has been confirmed by the customer on the Website or once the mock-up has been approved by email, the customer will be charged the amount of the order. The customer will subsequently receive an email confirming shipment of the items.

2. DELIVERY

By way of derogation from Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above:

Unless otherwise stated by Luggagetags.ch at the time of the order, personalised items will be delivered no later than fifteen (15) weeks from the day following the order, subject to full payment of the purchase price.

Personalised items featuring hot stamping will be delivered within the same timeframe as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above.

3. RETURNS OF PERSONALISED ITEMS

Due to their clearly personalised and/or made-to-order nature, items covered by these Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Accordingly, Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above does not apply to personalised and/or made-to-order items.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer continues to benefit from the warranties set out in Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale above.
